Chicken Stir Fry-Gayle
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces Brown in veg oil, Add: 8 oz mixed frozen stir fry vegetables 1 tbl soy sauce Cook 5-8 minutes, until veggies are tender crisp..Serve over rice. You can use other meats.. I make it a lot with meat from a rotisserie chicken. That way I get more than one meal out of the chicken. And there are different kinds of stir fry veggies. I like the one with the water chestnuts in it if I can find it; buy the 16 oz bag & use half.
