PECAN COBBLER-Tammy
6 T. butter 1 c. pecans (I left them whole, but you could chop) 1 1/2 c. self rising flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. milk 1 t. vanilla 11/2 c. packed light brown sugar 1 1/2 c. hot water
Preheat oven to 350*. Add butter to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Melt in the oven. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir to mix but do not overbeat. pour batter over the nuts. Do not stir! Sprinkle brown sugar over. Do not stir. Pour hot water over that. Do Not Stir! Bake 30-35 minutes.
