Sweet 'N' Spicy Chicken-marjo
3 T taco seasoning ( I used 1 packet of Mc Cormick's Mild seasoning) 1# bnls. Chicken breasts cut in 1/2 " cubes 1-2 T canola oil 1 2/3 c chunky salsa 1/2 c peach preserves
Hot cooked rice
Place taco seasoning in large plastic bag: add chicken and toss to coat. In skillet, brown chicken until done. Combine salsa and preserves: stir into skillet. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice. 4 servings
