Braciole-wilderness
1 C fresh bread crumbs 2 T Romano Cheese 2 tsp crushed garlic salt and pepper 2 T chopped fresh parsley
Add enough olive oil to make a moist paste
Flank steak or any thin steak pounded thin
Spread mixture on one side of steak. Start at the long side roll into a log and tie. Brown on all sides in oil then drop into a pot of your favorite red sauce and simmer until very tender. Slice and serve with pasta and sauce.
