Beef Bundles-marjo
1 1/2# gr. beef with 1/3 c evap. milk set aside.
Dressing:
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss above ingred.to blend. Form ground beef into
6-6" rounds. Put about 1/2 c dressing on each and
press together to form a bundle. Layer in baking dish.
1 t catsup
Pour over the bundles. Bake 45-50 min. at 350*

4 c cubed soft
/2 c milk
1/4 melted oleo 1/2 t sage
1 egg
1/4 c chopped celery fine 1t poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss above ingred.to blend. Form ground beef into
6-6" rounds. Put about 1/2 c dressing on each and
press together to form a bundle. Layer in baking dish.
Blend:
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 t Worcestershire sauce1 t catsup
Pour over the bundles. Bake 45-50 min. at 350*
