Chocolate Cobbler-Tammy 1 c. flour 2 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 7 T. cocoa-divided 1 1/4 c. sugar-divided 1/2 c. milk 1/3 melted butter 1 1/2 t. vanilla 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed 1 1/2 c. hot tap water Preheat oven to 350*. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, 3 T. cocoa and 3/4 c. sugar. Stir in milk,, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into an ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix remaining 4 T. cocoa, 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all -DO NOT STIR! Bake about 40 minutes until center is set. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
