Million Dollar Spaghetti-marjo
1 16oz.pkg.spaghetti ( I use 3/4 of box this is too much) 1#lean ground beef (I use 1 1/2#) black pepper and salt to taste 1 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce ( I use 24 oz.) 1 stick butter cut in squares 1 c cottage cheese 1 8oz. soft cream cheese 2 t olive oil 1/2 onion 3 cloves minced garlic 1/2 t parsley 1 8z. pkg. mozzarella cheese 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese 1 8oz.pkg.shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook spaghetti and drain. In lg. skillet add diced onion, pepper, garlic and the olive oil together until onions are done, then add ground beef and cook until done. Drain ground beef. Add in pasta sauce and parsley, then mix well until mixed well put on low to simmer. In another bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add in spaghetti into bowl until all is coated. Put in 9x13 dish pour spaghetti mix in and top w/ 3/4 of pasta sauce Toss well. Add 1/2 cheddar and half mozzarella to creamy spaghetti mixture, toss well again. Add remaining pasta sauce evenly over the top the pasta. Top with remaining cheese, evenly.
