Crunchy Chicken Casserole-marjo
1pkg. 6oz.instant chicken flavored stuffing mix 2 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 can 10 3/4oz. condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted 1 can 8oz. sliced water chestnuts drained 2 T water 1 c shredded cooked chicken ( I buy roasted at Sam's)
Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions: set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the veggies, soup, water chestnuts and water. Transfer to an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Top w/ the chicken and prepared stuffing. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings. I usually double this.
