Scalloped meatballs and potatoes-Tammy
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes 4 T. butter 4 T. flour 2 c. milk 1 c. water 1/2 t. salt
Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in a baking dish. Melt butter, then stir in flour. Add milk and water. Cook and stir until thickened. Add salt and a dash of pepper. Pour over potatoes. Top with about 16 oz of frozen meatballs. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350*.
