Marlene's Eggnog Custard pie-Tammy 4 beaten eggs 1/3 c sugar 1 t rum extract 1/4 t salt 1/2 t vanilla 3 c rich dairy Eggnog Freshly grated nutmeg unbaked 9 inch pie shell whipped cream rum or rum extract Preheat oven to 350* Beat eggs, sugar, salt and extracts together well. Add eggnog and pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle liberally with nutmeg. ( I used it in the container ) Bake until done. Mine it take 60 minutes depends on your oven.
Cool and serve with whip topping that have added 2 t of rum.
