TOH Cashew-Chicken Rotini Salad-marjo
Cook pasta and drain. In large bowl combine Chicken, pineapple, celery, onions,
grapes and cranberries. Stir in drained pasta to the chicken mixture.
In a small bowl mix dressing and mayo. Pour over salad. Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving put in cashews. (I found it a little dry and added 20oz. can
of crushed pineapple juice and all.)
1 pkg. 16 oz. rotini
4 c cubed cooked chicken
1 20oz. pineapple tidbits drained
1 1/2 c diced celery
3/4 c sliced green onions
1 c red grapes seedless
1 c green grapes seedless
1- 5oz. pkg. dried cranberries
1 c ranch dressing
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 c cashews ( I did not use)
