Rhubarb Bread Pudding-marjo
1 c rhubarb.diced
Heat oven to 350* and butter casserole.
Mix eggs and milk together. Add rhubarb,sugar and cinnamon. Pour into casserole and bake for one hour or until custard is set.
1 1/2 c milk
2eggs slightly beaten
4 slices of toast, cubed1 c rhubarb.diced
1 c sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
