PINEAPPLE SALAD-Tammy 1 large can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 2 T. lemon juice 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. each: chopped celery, chopped pecans, grated Velveeta cheese 16 oz tub Cool Whip Combine pineapple, sugar, lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to the boiling mixture. Remove from heat, pour into a large bowl. Place in refrigerator or freezer until soft set. Add celery, nuts, and cheese. Mix well, then fold in Cool Whip. Place in a serving and chill until fir.
