Chicken and zucchini casserole-annrms
2 boneless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2" thickness, place in a lightly oiled salt and pepper them 1 large zucchini 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Garlic Cloves minced Hot pepper flakes to taste
Place chicken in a slightly oiled casserole. Shred zucchini and wring out in kitchen towel. Mix shredded (dry) zucchini, minced garlic and pepper flakes Bake at 400° for 15-30 minutes Broil 2 minutes to brown
I added 1 good teaspoon of Italian seasoning
