Slow Cooker Pork Paprikash-Tammy 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder kosher salt cracked black pepper 1 T. paprika 1/4 t. ground caraway 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small red pepper, chopped 1 c. low sodium chicken broth 3 T. red wine vinegar 1 T. Worcestershir 1/4 c. tomato paste 2 sprigs fresh thyme 1/2 c. sour cream 1 lb egg noodles, cooked Season pork liberally with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Add paprika, caraway, onion, garlic, red pepper, broth, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and thyme. Stir. Season with more slat and pepper. Turn on low, cook 8-10 hours until tender. Discard thyme. Shred meat, add sour cream, stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over noodles.
