Tammy's Tuna Noodle Casserole-marjo 2 c dry noodles 2 cans of 6.5 oz. tuna drained ( I use family package.) 1/2 c mayo 1 small onion diced 1/4 green pepper diced 1 (10.5oz.) can cream of celery 1/2 c milk 2 c shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Cook noodles and drain. In bowl mix tuna. mayo, onion, green pepper. salt and pepper.Add cooked noodles and mix well. Put in spayed casserole. On stove top heat soup and milk and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes. (I use a frozen bag of onion, green and red peppers, I also add frozen green peas.
Tammy's Comments-The original casserole recipe called for 1 cream of celery soup and 1 cream of shrimp soup. I don't care for shrimp so always use 2 cream of celery. You can add a 2 oz jar of chopped pimentos if you like.
