Coffee Cake from Blueberry muffin mix-Tammy
1 box Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix ( I think you could use any brand) 16 oz can sliced peaches 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 t. cinnamon 2 T. butter
Preheat oven to 375*. Drain and rinse the blueberries. Drain peaches. Spread fruit on paper towels to drain. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in the butter, set aside. Mix up the muffin batter as directed on box, but DO NOT fold in berries. Spread the batter in a greased 8 inch square pan. Top with fruits. Sprinkle streusel mixture over all. Bake 25 - 35 minutes.
