Ham Ball-marjo this is made by a very good cook who worked in lots of our cafes. 2# Ground Ham
2 Eggs 2# Ground Pork
1 1/2 c milk 2 c. graham crackers crushed Sauce: 1 can of tomato soup
1/2 c vinegar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix and use 1/2- cup measure to make balls. Put in pan and brown 30 minutes in 250* oven. Pour off grease and add sauce which has been heated. Bake 30 minutes longer. I buy the ham loaf all mixed up in our grocery store. When I serve these everyone says how good they are.
