Cabbage-Parmesan Pasta-Birdy Cooking for Two by Debbie Harmon 2 servings
3 slices chopped bacon 1 cup sliced cabbage 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 shredded carrot 1 cup egg noodles (4 oz.) Parmesan cheese
Cook the bacon until well done in a skillet. Add the vegetables and sauté until tender. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to skillet. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
