Polish Kielbasa and Lentil Soup-rancherswife
Saute together in a large soup pot:
4 tab olive oil 1 lb sliced polish kielbasa 2 med chopped onions 1 stalk chopped celery 1 clove garlic, minced
Add:
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 cup lentils 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes 2 bay leaves 3 cups beef stock 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 teas salt 1/8 teas pepper
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cook on low for about 45 minutes.
