Took me a while to get back, the little white cat was sitting underneath my bird feeder and thats a NO NO. I took her out some dry cat food, and fed the birds, I think the cat is full now. She is gone. Darn Paula, feed that poor baby a little more food, she has 3 kittens. Not going futher as this upsets me.
Today after this I plan on going out by the road and do some clean up, pull weeds and cut down a few little trees. If my body says to quit I will, or just maybe it will say you can do more. I have taken care of a few of my Crystal trees, don't have anymore room in the China cabinet. Need to find a little space for them. Need to clean up the floor where the cat comes in as its been so rainy even with wiping her feet off, she still tracks in. Have a load of clothes in the washer, and have done the inventory on the computer already. I have been up since 6:30 and awake since 5:30, I see a nap today. Yesterday I got the shopping done and put away, and got gas on one of my stops. Other then working in the yard for a while I did nothing, got supper and did a few dishes, most of them went in the dishwasher. I did sit outside drinking my last cup of coffee last night and enjoyed the early evening.
Connie, Isn't that the way it goes, I have been very busy write down and no I haven't. I keep a journal and some days I'm very busy and others not so. Soup sounds very good. I agree 5AM comes too soon.
Mary, Getting our eyes dilated isn't fun, but its easier now then in years past.
Lair, I have never had much luck with Fuchsia, so pretty. Never have I had a fern either, not sure why.
CArolyn, I forgot where are you going this weekend?
Jan, I also get that "no server found" also the angry bear. I don't mind sharing Linda's recipe.
Linda, Thank you for the recipe. The orioles are back in Michigan.
Leroy, I don't understand why everyone is getting so many storms. I have often wonderd about relief factor, did it help? Watching Tennis should help the week go by faster.
I have had a hard time typing this morning, please excuse all the mistakes. I did try to correct most of them.
Have a wonderful day.

Good morning everyone. Carol, sorry you’re still bothered with Paula’s cat, you take better care of it than she does. To my way of thinking (compared to my lifestyle anyway) you are one busy girl, and so is Connie. Been quite a few years since I’ve been able to keep going all day. Not much going on here today. Pulled a soup from the freezer, some kind of sandwich to go with. Bbl. Jan

Good Morning. The sun is out and we have 56 degrees headed up to the 70's. Then around 2 this afternoon a storm will come through. Then it will clear off until another storms comes in at 7pm. I think the next 4 days will be rainy and in the lower 60's. I want to get out this morning and get the last of the plants out of the garage and then work on taking a few out of the greenhouse. Not a lot to do but I am not very productive and it takes me a lot of resting between little chores. Carol, I can keep my Fushia blooming for a few months but that is all. I just like them because Tim brought me one every year and it reminds me of him. I guess 26 years of Fushia's will make it a habit. I can't keep the large ferns alive very long because they are not in real dirt and it dries out too quick. I bought 2 ferns in 6 inch pots. If I start with the small ones I can keep them going for years. I plant them in normal potting soil. Well, I have my socks on so I best get moving before the clouds roll in and I'll be stuck back inside. You all have a good day.

Good morning. 60, going to 80. We've been having some showers since 8 am. Had some thunder, too. Supposed to get more as the day goes on. Also, some wind.
I'm going to the Urologist Thursday. I've been having trouble getting a stream started, so I'm trying a lot each day. I took a pill for that last year when I was in the hospital, but they stopped it as it apparently it didn't go with some of the other meds. Sure hope they have something, so I don't have to stop every 10 to 15 minutes to try and go.
No therapy this week, at least till after I see the chronic pain doctor on Monday.
Have a good day.
Leroy

Good Morning! Another quiet day here today but needed to get summer clothes out for today….high to be 91°! Keith just went out to get a prescription and will stop at the nursery for a tomato plant and to see if he can find the mini Morning Glory “ Blue My Mind”. Had that one last year and loved it. Like the “Wishbone” plant too and both do well in pots. Think today will be a Taco Salad dinner and will look for some bars to make or dessert. Ordered more safflower cylinders. Told my friend that feeding these birds is getting expensive and he agreed. Laugh at his marking the cylinder boxes “Fragile”and am sure the mailman wonders what we are collecting! Rain supposed to move in tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good day.

Just checking in. I haven't really accomplished anything today. I did take my knife out when I got home from breakfast and dug some more dandelions. You put out a yellow flower, it's like waving a white flag at me, and I know exactly where you are. I got a video from Bryan this morning. He was dropping Hudson off at the daycare, and a swarm of bees were hovering/hanging on a tree across the street. He said within a couple minutes they were all pretty much hanging in a large clump on the tree. They were really thick flying in the air when he first got there. I told him there was probably a new queen in the group on the tree. Hives can only have one queen. She might have just hatched and had to vacate the hive so she wasn't killed. When they leave, they take a part of the swarm with them. I sent him the phone number for an Apiary in his town, and told him there are also two other places. If they can find the queen in amongst the swarm, put her in a tiny queen box, and put that queen box into the bee box, the whole swarm will all go into the box to guard her. Time will tell; he's on his way to get Hudson now. He said it rained since he sent the video. Update: The babysitter said she saw the swarm fly away. Bryan said he noticed there were 2 bee boxes at the high school in their native prairie garden. Too bad nobody called an Apiary to come rescue them. Hopefully they didn't decide to use a hole in someone's house wall to move into. I saw a video that's inspiration me to try and make a vest out of the same pattern of stitches I used on that mint baby blanket. I saw a top that had a similar pattern to what I used. It was made in two really long panels that hung over your shoulders. The panels were sewn together on the sides with an arm hole area left, and the back and front were stitched together with a space left for your head and neck, and then it was edged. She explained you can put sleeves on it or not. She also said you didn't have to sew a front seam, and you could turn it into a vest. This is going to take some thought and lots of measurements to figure out a needed stitch count. I'm trying to draw it out on paper so I know what I have to do. I don't know if I want sleeves or not. It's hard trying to take a picture in a mirror (when you're short-LOL). Oh, the blanket will stay a blanket. I'm just using the stitch pattern to make something new. Maybe make long sleeves in the same pattern for winter. I gotta go mow some lawn. Lawn mowed, rain that's showing up on the radar will be here in about an hour.
