Hello Readers, it's a wonderful day to be outside and that's where I've been. Soaking up some rays and recharging my solar batteries! It's sunshine and 81* with a a few big puffy clouds and a breeze. I'm so ready for these days.
Just started a new book so can't offer an opinion on it. Chenneville by Paulette Jiles it's a post civil war historical novel. I hope it's a good one.
Thanks to everyone who stopped in to post last week. We do appreciate and enjoy your comments. I know gardening and outdoor things will be taking up more of your time but stop in when you can.

Thank you Grammy for opening this thread. Recently I also have returned more books than I have finished for the same reason. I did finish THE ATONEMENT CHILD by Francine Rivers.
A beautiful repackaged edition of Francine Rivers's classic novel that breaks through the many taboos surrounding abortion. In one terrifying moment, Dynah Carey's perfect life is shattered by rape, her future irrevocably altered by an unwanted pregnancy, and her doting family torn apart. Her seemingly rock-solid faith is pushed to the limits as she faces the most momentous choice of her lifeāto embrace or to end the untimely life within her.

I stopped by our library & got some more books one day this week, as I was out (gasp!)
But I did have one of Stephen King's latest books here. It was a Christmas present, Fairy Tale, so I started that & am enjoying it.
But then he's my favorite author so I like all his books.

Hi everyone. All of your books sound really good!
I have four new books that Joni ordered for me. I am reading The Road to Bittersweet by Donna Everhart and also a Kindle book called The Remembrance Library. Can't remember the author.

Still reading Stephen King's Fairy Tale. About 1/2 way through He writes long stories & has a vivid imagination. LOL
But at least they don't have 15 characters & 1/2 dz. story lines to keep up with.
