Lori, Chipits are the main brand of chocolate chips available here and I have never had a problem with them. Hope they work for you. Birdy I love that your PT guy not only understands how much your photography means to you, but also that he's coming up with ideas for you to be able to continue. That would mean so much, I'm sure. The food you are being served doesn't sound very appetizing. Roll on that first piece of fried chicken🍗 . I got our bedroom furniture polished, the mirrors and windows cleaned and the floor vacuumed. Feels good to have that all done. Then I started tackling all the recipes I have collected over the last goodness knows how many years. Might take years to get them organised how I want them 😲 - maybe a little each day. We just came back from the eye doctor and everything seems to be good. Yes, I have the start of cataracts but no changes since it was last checked, glaucoma is also stable so I was quite happy. Now I just have to figure out what we're eating tonight . . . .

All of you are so wonderfully caring.
Well, I made it to the meeting just fine and both my helpers met me at the door. LOL Sadly there was only, myself, the group leader and one other person. Another lady never showed up. I was really hoping for more people to share. But it was nice and I did learn that I am normal. No one else would ever agree that I'm normal. LOL
When I got home the house was soooo cool. I had the thermostat set for 79 and it was 75 in the house. So that is telling me the thermostat is going out. I noticed last night that it wasn't as comfortable as what I had the night before. I called for someone to come and replace the thermo. The one that is in here is a programable and I DO NOT want one of those again. I never program it anyway.. I remember the unkind words Mark had when he replaced it when we first moved in here. Just one more thing to go wrong when too many options. Lincoln was upset that I didn't want him to walk me through replacing it myself. But anything that has to do with electricity I don't want anything to do with it. He said it is so easy to do. My fingers don't work well enough for the job to be an easy one or one that I could do it right. I want a professional even though I have to pay to have the work done. This is not starting out to be a low expense month. I'm hoping that what I think is the heat pump is just the thermostat. I don't need that big expense too yet. Still no word on the tires. I'll call and check on that status tomorrow morning.

Good afternoon! I'm in between appointments and glad that DH offered to cook burgers on the grill for us tonight. Sounds great right now -- especially since when I left work I forgot to pick up my afternoon snack (cheese & nuts) from the fridge.
Got my yearly gyno exam out of the way and then I'll get my haircut later -- can't wait!
Helen, I did not see any pink in our Arby's sandwiches. That must be just for the ads, or maybe for a fancier kind of sandwich than the plain old regular ones we buy.
Tasty, it's always good to get a thumbs-up from the eye doctor.
Birdy, I'm impressed with how you are "pressing on" as my DFIL would say, with your photography. And how nice to have a window table with a view of the outdoors. Hopefully the spring will bring new birds and flowers and creatures for you to enjoy.
Ann, you are also being so diligent in cleaning out. I know you are motivated to get settled in your new place.
Mamma, that is a big step, signing up for the grief group. Praying that it is a help to you and to others. And how wonderful to find a church that feels like home!
Lori, you have had some duds from Costco recently for sure. I've never had problems with store brand chocolate chips before.
Bet, mmmm, I love that fresh-baked bread smell.
Chris, I haven't had much luck shopping at Old Navy but glad you found just what y'all needed.
Elaine, I bet the wildlife in Arizona is very different from North Dakota but sounds like there are still plenty of birds to watch.
Well, since I started this I left to get my haircut and now I'm back and ready for supper! Burgers are on the grill and smelling good.

Good afternoon. Mamma, so happy to hear you’ve hopefully found the right church for you. And the grief counselling, that should be a big help to you. Lori, Chipits/Hersheys is a very popular brand here in Canada. Good quality too. Forgot a couple of things on my Costco list last week and ran out of them this past weekend. Going to make a quick run for them first thing tomorrow, and will pick up a bag of Chipits chocolate chips while I’m there. Never had a problem with them. Birdie, I find it hard to believe that some people find nature boring. How nice of the staff to give you a table with a view so you can see the birds and other wildlife. Emr, burgers on the grill, and someone else doing the cooking. Can’t get much better than that. Helen, I’m missing you again. I hope all is well with you. Ok, who else did I miss? I’m so sorry if I have missed someone. I don’t mean to. DGD was able to take the tree and the stereo yesterday. But DH forgot to give her the remote to the stereo. We’ll give it to her on Thursday when we go up for supper. DD2 is cooking, and I will get to see everyone. It’s after 4 now and I should see about supper. Jan
