This can done in the pressure cooker, oven, or stovetop in the skillet. These are directions for the Instant Pot:
Olive Garden Italian Dressing Chicken-retteacher
Ingredients
2-3 Large boneless skinless chicken breasts. (Add 1 minute for bone-in or dark meat.)
2 Cups Olive Garden Italian salad dressing
1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Pour one cup of Olive Garden Italian Dressing into the Instant Pot.
Place 2-3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts into the Instant Pot.
Mix remaining 1 cup of Olive Garden Italian Dressing with 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Pour dressing/cheese mixture over chicken breasts.
Close lid and move valve to "seal position."
Turn Instant Pot on.
Select "pressure cooker" setting and cook on high for 10 minutes.
When timer beeps, allow pressure to natural release for 5 minutes.
Quick release remaining pressure.
Remove lid.
Serve with your favorite pasta and vegetables!
Tips for this recipe:
1. You can use whatever kind of chicken you prefer. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts but you could use bone in chicken breasts, chicken thighs, legs or wings. If you choose to use bone in chicken breasts or dark meat chicken, you will need to increase the cook time by a couple of minutes.
2. If you would prefer a milder Italian dressing flavor, you can substitute 1 cup of chicken broth for 1 cup of salad dressing.
3. You can increase the number of chicken breasts to 4 or 5 without needing to increase the amount of salad dressing used in this recipe. Since you need liquid in the Instant Pot to pressure cook the chicken, there tends to be a lot of dressing/cheese sauce leftover. So, if you want to cook more than 2 or 3 chicken breasts, you can do so, without having to increase the amount of liquid in the pot. Just make sure that there is enough liquid in the pot to cover the chicken breasts about halfway.

Trailmom-I made Rett's Olive Garden Dressing Chicken recipe a couple of nights ago. The only thing I did different was I used 8 thighs. It was wonderful. DH loved it! And, believe me, that is a great compliment coming from Mr. Fussy!!
