Grapefruit Relish from Taste of the South Magazine-annrms 1¼ cups chopped peeled grapefruit, seeds removed (Used 1 ruby and 1 yellow grapefruit) 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped ½ jalapeno, finely chopped (Used 1) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons clover honey 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon salt Combine all, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Good with chicken, fish, or as salsa with chips.
