NON – Central Asian Flat Onion Breads-annrms (16 breads) 6 T. butter 1 ½ cups finely chopped onions ¾ cup lukewarm water 1 t. salt Parsley & garlic, to taste & look 2 ½ – 3 ½ cups flour Melt 1 t. butter, add onions; cook until soft. Transfer to bowl & cool. Melt remaining butter and pour into laarge bowl. Add water and, with large spoon, stir in onions, salt, parsley, garlic, flour (gradually). Add flour until mixture is non-sticky. Gather dough into square hump; cut into 16's. Flatten each square until thin using a lightly floured surface and pin.
