Strawberry Pizza-Plantdoctor
Crust
1 stick butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour.
Mix together and spread on pizza pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Filling
Mix together 8 oz cream cheese and ½ can sweetened condensed milk. When blended well beat in 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Spread on cooled crust.
Topping
In a pan bring 2 cups thawed frozen strawberries to a boil and thicken with 2-3 Tbsp corn starch dissolved in 2 Tbsp cold water to make a glaze. Let it cool and then spread over cream cheese filling. Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
