Homemade Noodles-thegeema 1 cup flour plus or minus 1 egg pinch of salt Mix together into a fairly stiff dough (not too stiff or too soft) and on floured mat or cutting board roll out thin and flour and either roll into a floured log and slice OR if you have a cutter you can just roll out and cut the strips! I hope this makes sense. I use lots of flour when I cut them and then shake off most of the flour before cooking. I also let them dry a bit after cutting. Hope this makes sense. You can also make them a day ahead.
