Use only real maple syrup. Dark cooking grade gives the most flavor
Maple Mustard Glaze-birdy Recipe courtesy of: Burt Homestead Farm, Maple Products, Cold Brook, NY • 1/4 cup real maple syrup • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce Heat in a saucepan and boil for 1 min. Great on chicken or pork.
