BLUEBERRY PEACH COFFEE CAKE-Tamaralynn 1 box Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix 1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 t. cinnamon 2 T. butter Preheat oven to 375. Rinse blueberries and drain the peaches. Place fruit on paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Set aside. Mix the muffin batter as directed on package, but DO NOT fold in berries. Spread batter in a greased 8 inch square pan. Top with fruit. Sprinkle with streusel mixture. Bake 25 - 35 min.
