Banana Muffins or bread-snow
2c sugar
2c mashed bananas
4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
4 c flour
1c butter melted
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c nuts
Mix all ingredients add dry ingredients last. Spoon into muffin tin bake for 18-20 minutes. I usually bake my muffins at 350 degrees for 18 minutes and I add my bananas last cause I like mine with some chunks in them or pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 375 for 1 hour. I use cupcake liners in my muffin tin.
