Cranberry-Orange Tassies-pippin 1 15oz pk refrigerated pie crusts...roll out , cut and place in greased mini muffin pans Filling: 1c water 2/3c dried cranberries 1/3c orange marmalade 1c coarsely chopped toasted nuts 3 oz white baking chocolate chopped Combine cranberries and water in a small saucepan...bring to boiling, remove from heat and cool for 3 minutes. Drain well and let cool. Stir in marmalade, nuts, and chocolate. Fill crusts almost full in mini pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 min. Run a small knife along edge of tassies., let cool a bit and carefully.remove tassies to rack til cool.Store in a single layer in airtight container. May freeze.
