Christmas Peanut Clusters-cfniervt
Candy

Ingredients
2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (or a 12 oz. bag)1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 tablespoon Shortening
2 cups Peanuts
Christmas Sprinkles
Directions
Add peanut butter, shortening and 1 3/4 cups of Chocolate Chip in a microwave safe bowl. (Reserve 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips for later.)
Microwave for 50-60 seconds and then take out and stir the mixture until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup cup reserved chocolate chips.
Mix until smooth, if not smooth, heat for 5 seconds in microwave and then stir.
Repeat in 5 second intervals till smooth.
Add peanuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Use small scoop or 1/4 cup measuring cup.
Drop on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Top with Christmas Sprinkles.
Let harden.
