Ever So Easy Fruitcake-annrms Probably the moistest fruitcake ever. 2 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 large eggs 1- 27 oz. Jar None Such classic Mincemeat 1 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk 2 cups (1 lb.) Mixed candied fruit 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts The night before mix candied fruit with 1/2 cup brandy and let sit overnight. Mix flour and baking soda, set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add fruit and any juice, nuts, sweetened condensed milk, and mincemeat. Mix well. Add flour and mix until no flour appears. Pour in sprayed 10 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes Remove from pan to rack to cool completely.
