Easy Penuche Icing-marjo 1/2 c butter 1/4 c milk 1 c brown sugar
1 3/4 - 2 c pwd. sugar
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in Brown sugar. Boil and stir over low heat 2 minutes. Stir in milk. Bring to boil. Stir constantly. Cool until you are able to stick your finger in it. Gradually add powdered sugar. Place in cold water and stir until thick. Great for chocolate or spice cake.
