GREEN PEPPER JELLY-auntcon Ingredients 3 large green peppers, cleaned cored & diced 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar 6 1/2 cups sugar 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 bottle Certo 12 drops green food coloring
Directions: 1. Blend the green pepper for a few seconds in blender with 1/4 cup of the vinegar. 2. Add rest of vinegar, sugar, pepper & salt and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool 2 minutes. 3. Stir in Certo & food coloring. Pour in sterilized baby food jars & seal with canning paraffin or 4. Put in sterilized 1/2 pint jars & process in boiling water bath for about 10 minutes to can & seal.
