Beth's BBQ Beef-erm
1-2 lb. London broil
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 can Coke
1 envelope onion soup mix
Mix sauce, Coke & soup mix and pour over London broil. Cook, covered, for 3 hrs. at 325 degrees.
I didn't have Coke so I used 12 oz. of sweet tea, and several dashes of hot sauce. I think it is better with the Coke so will make sure I have some next time.
