Chow Mein Nests (for chocolate eggs and/or jelly beans)-cooktocook
Makes 12.
Ingredients:
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
4 cups chow mein noodles
Directions:
Butter a 12 cup muffin tin.
Combine marshmallows and butter over medium heat-stir until meltd. Add/stir in noodles-coat well.
Butter fingers and press mixture into bottom and sides of a muffin tin. Refrigerate until firm.
