Lemon Oreo Dessert-erm
I used 2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened, half a tub of Cool Whip, thawed, and 2/3 of a package of lemon Oreos. Previously I have put the Oreos in a ziplock bag and crushed them with a rolling pin, but that didn't work well with these. I found it was better to crumble them by hand or chop them. Anyway, I mixed that all together and put it in a 9x9 pan in the freezer. Let thaw slightly before cutting in squares to serve.
