Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning-annrms

Author: Judith Hannemann Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 tbs kosher salt (see NOTES) 2 tbs high-quality smoked paprika 3 tsp onion powder 1½ tsp garlic powder 3 tsp thyme 1½ tsp black pepper 3 tsp white pepper 1½ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp crushed dry rosemary -OR- crushed dried tarragon (optional) Instructions Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Don't store in direct light. Notes If you want a lower sodium mix, leave the salt out and replace with an equal amount of lemon zest.
