Creamy Apple Dessert-Tammy

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 cans (21 oz each) apple pie filling
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix and coconut. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture on bottom and 1/2" up the sides of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Spoon filling over crust. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over filling. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and egg. Spoon over the top. Bake 20-30 minutes.
I reserved some of the cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top.
