This will probably come out too big. It was taken last year. Some years ago I started some hibiscus from seeds from someone on the board. I gave DS some and his did well and are a beautiful color. Mine, not so much. They haven't even bloomed this year. Mine are the pink swirl. Not long ago when I was at DS's I got some seeds from this one, so I will be starting more and hopefully baby them enough that they will do well for me.

Joyce...I also love this thread. Leslie...I don't think that is too big...very beautiful! Ili...what a attractive container! DH had one of those planters that his Mom made at ceramics class in the 70s. I planted it with hen and chicks this year and gave it to Larry's niece....she was elated!

Char, I've had this container for a long time and it has changed a lot, depending what is planted in, right now Ajugas are growing fine, the Lantana will go brown in the Winter, so probably I'll add something else to it...

Same family, so probably should deadhead to prevent them being every where next year. Charlene

Donna... Those flowers are just gorgeous. They are such a beautiful color.
Marnee... That lupine is a beauty. Its always nice seeing those little visitors on our flowers.
Gayle... Your Japanese iris is a nice looking flower. Seems iris comes in so many different varieties and colors.
Charlene... That heliopsis and Joe Pye weed looks good together. In this area the Joe Pye weed is considered as a weed because they are so invasive. A couple days ago when I was out walking Daisy I was noticing the ones growing wild and seeing how many butterflies were attracted to them.
Robbie... Glad to see you stopping in. Feel free to visit any time and of course pictures are always welcome.
Karen... All those plants look really healthy. Its especially nice seeing that you can get those geraniums to do so well.
Lair... Thats some beautiful flowers. That color looks so vivid in that picture.
Ezdoesit... Welcome to the thread. Hope you visit often and enjoy these pictures.
Marg... There are more great pictures here again today. Of course your comments are also always welcome.
Leslie... Your hibiscus are just plain beautiful. What a great color and such healthy looking leaves.
Ili... Looks like your lantana really is doing well.............Those butterflies in my video was on a butterfly bush. No wonder its called a butterfly bush.
Novajoy... Welcome to the board and thanks for stopping in and commenting.
Ili... Nice looking container again. Thats a big advantage to containers, they are so easy to change plants in once they turn brown.
Snow... Good to see you here. Hope you do get a chance to post some of your beauties this weekend.
Thanks everyone for todays great pictures and the comments as well.
