Guess I didn't hit the post button on my reply to Ann about caponata. That is something I have never tried Ann. The leftover ratatouille last time I made it were run thru the small blender and frozen, with plans to use it in a vegetable soup once thecolder weather arrives. Adding to a pasta sauce would be good too🙂
