Garlic Honey Lime Shrimp
1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp 1 T. olive oil 1 T. unsalted butter (I used ghee.) 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 T. honey (Next time I'll use 1.5...too sweet for us!) 1 1/2 T. lime juice 1/4 t. salt 3 dashes cayenne pepper...more for us! Freshly ground black pepper, to taste Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Heat up a heavy, non-stick skillet, and the olive oil and butter. When butter is melted, add the garlic and sauté until it turns slightly brown. Stir in the shrimp. Stir and cook the shrimp a few times before adding the honey, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook until the shrimp curl and turn slightly pink. Immediately remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve.

Ann--this sounds really good. I would use less honey, too.
