Good Morning,  Time to make the coffee!!

Good Morning,  Well I have had my coffee, only 1/2 of a cup, as that is all I pour, I like my coffee hot, not warm.  Will do another cup soon.

Another cloudy morning, with not much sun today, its 25* going to a high of 39*, not very warm for April 17.  Today I have a few things planned, nothing real big.  I need to start my old schedule and do one level a week, that worked great when I was working part time.  Now that warmer weather is coming, (when) I need to get better organized.  I also keep the other levels kept up.  One thing I need to do is the closet in the bedroom, I have lots to get rid of.  I did a few months ago, send it to the women Vets.  I need to do that again.

Alice,  I sure hope Devin can find some better answers for you.

MaryMI.  Is it snowing your way this morning?  I had cataract surgery in 2010, what I had done was to clean the lenses, that was inplanted.  The dr.  uses a lazer, nothing to it.  I don't name my squirrels, other then Da!! you.

Judi,  Glad that tree didn't hit a house, it was big and could of done lots of damage.  I bet it made a lot of noise when it came down.  I hope your cold goes away fast.

Kay,  What we don't do for our kids, we watched a white mouse for a complete summer, while school was out for the summer.  It wasn't all that bad, but didn't want him lose.  Brrr you are very cold.

Lair,  You moved further North right?  Poor little kitty, hard to deal with a blind kitty.  We had a blind dog, and we had to go outside with it.  One time it got out and took us a while to find him.  We lived at the lake at that time.  

Connie,  The sun always helps our moods.  Heat would be nice for the games.  No I didn't have vision correction surgery, would be nice.  Oldest DD had it done years ago and has been very happy with it.  

Mary,  Sorry about DD sleepless night, worries do that to all of us.  I was going to ask if you ever go over to BYC, and now I see you do, how often?  Do you post?

Good Morning,  it is 22 and the sun is shining.  Should get up to 32* before the storm moves in this afternoon.  They say 8-12" moving along the MN & IA border, I am living 3 miles from the border.  This weather is raising hell with my budget.  I didn't put in anything for plowing.  So far in April he has plowed 4 times and sounds like once more at least.  I didn't get out yesterday except to the mail box.  I am thinking the sun shining on the garage door this morning it will melt the ice off the knob. If so then I can get in the garage.  Looks like I should be able to get out of the drive since he plowed after the road was done.  I have not got up the nerve to call the vet yet.  I have to do that soon but it is a hard thing to do.  

Carol, how often do you clean a closet?  I guess I only do it when I move or are you talking getting rid of things and not dusting?  Yes, I moved 2 hours drive north, feels like Siberia.

I did read yesterday but right now I can't remember much.  I'll have to read and check back.  You all have a great day.

Lair, sorry about your situation with the kitty. It's really hard to let them go. Hugs to you.

Am going to go visit one of my five vacuums. Wonder why it's not sparkling clean in here. Maybe I should try plugging one of them in.

It's been a CRAZY morning so far. I came down to Jerry telling me that there was a homicide at the trailer court yesterday. One pronounced dead at the hospital. I saw a picture of the trailer court and where the police cars were sitting and it's maybe 3-4 trailers down and the opposite side of the road from where our trailer was parked in 1986 when we lived there. 
DD is going home this afternoon. I'm thinking I'll make dinner before she goes. We went to Pizza Hut for pizza last night. We haven't been there in a long time. I don't know anything else. 

UPDATE:
Valerie left for home and called that she got there safe.

We did watched the noon news but they still weren't giving out the guys name although Valerie went on Facebook and people were giving out his name. I know who he is but that's it. He's a brother to a couple gals I know. They weren't giving it out until notifying family. I can't believe people can't honor the family enough to not post this guy's name. I sure would hate to read of a family members death that way although I would think they would have gotten it done by now. It's been almost 24 hrs. It was about 3 trailers down and across the road from where we lived. 
8:15 p.m. UPDATE: The guy that died was shot in the chest by his stepson. Knowing the stepson I'm not surprised. I'll post a link tomorrow.

Good morning to all.

Lair I am so sorry about your poor kitty. More heart ache for you.

Woke up in the night. Without looking outside I knew the ground was white. I have shutters at bottom half of bedroom windows. Just something about the light of the sky thru the upper half and I sensed snow.I have sensed it like that a few times before. Got up and sure enough. Ground was white.

Am waiting for a call back from primary Dr. Saw him last Mon. The bp prescriptions that they called in to my mail order pharmacist arrived last Fri. One is missing. Why does nothing ever go right? Geesh.

My bp dr retired. Dec. 31. Eye Dr. Will in another month and learned last week that my dermatoligist retired three years ago. Somehow I feel abandoned.lol

Love my primary Dr. Have had him maybe 30 years.hr, his brother and their father all have offices in their own clinic across the street from Borgess Hosp. The father just retired at the age of 87.

Someone asked if Jill was still here. No, as she went home last Wed. She plans to return in June. Joni from Virginia too.

Mary, Iimagine you will have some information on the homicide after the noon news.

Carol, I only name the weird squirrels. Can't differenciate between the regular ones.

Hope I don't have to wait the whole day for a call back from Dr. Office.
