The crew finished lunch about an hour ago. I am wondering if their parents ever feed them. First thing this morning it was breakfast for 2. They have been outside for an hour and already been in for drinks. They wanted snacks before lunch and I said know, I would make them a surprise later. Thank goodness for my slice and bake cookies in the freezer. While they were outside I sliced a few off and got them baked. The minute Cameron walked in the house for a drink the first thing out of his mouth was I smell cookies. Nana told a little white lie and said there were no cookies. I am sure I will have to give in within the next hour and feed them again. Good thing they go home before dinner time or I would be in trouble since I am out of milk and bread. Guess I need to go shopping tomorrow before the next onslaught on Thursday. In fact I have no cereal for breakfast either. They ate the last of the instant oatmeal this morning. I guess I could make the real stuff. LOL

Good heavens, they have been in at 4 for homemade cookies. Addison has left and Cameron and Natalie are picking up as their Mom will be here in about 30 minutes.

What a great grandma you are, Bet! The kids have eaten you out of house and home but you love them dearly. I think you'll be ready to put your feet up and relax a bit this evening. Hang in there! 😊

You need tomorrow to recover from today, prepare for Thursday and go grocery shopping by the sound if it, Bet. But, I'll bet you wouldn't change a thing!

OMg, the kids look perfect. I so miss those days, my youngest started the 10th grade today. As they get older, you see less of them, and I so miss that.
Now you can relax and sit back and wait for them to return.

What a great looking bunch! I see the cookies didn't last long. Those times are what memories are made of. Enjoy them, spoil them, they'll always remember it. Years from now they'll sit around and say...Remember when we went to Grandma's and she.....

The kids are adorable! I can understand how much they eat. Our house seems to be the place where I feed the neighborhood! Youngest DD is 8 and she will have 3 of her friends here today.
Bet, Do you have a log cabin house? I was noticing the wood work behind the kids. I do love log cabin homes.

Ann, you never know with Natalie. She is a real character when she wants to be. She doesn't like her picture taken so that is the look you usually get. However, for a 5 year old she can be very serious and that is when she is really funny. If you laugh she really gets mad.
