Good Morning. 44, going to 52, with partly sunny sky.
PT this afternoon. Adam goes to the doctor for bloodwork this morning. I have been off on what the date is for the last two days. Thought today was the 20th, but that won't be till tomorrow. I just gained a day!
Lair, hope your furnace gets put in today.
Have a good day, everyone.

Good Morning, Yes another dark morning, its 53 and the high should be about 60 with some rain. Rain for the next day and then about 2" of snow Thursday, but the guessers are just guessing. No plans for today will take it as it comes, going to do a load of clothes, and not sure what else. Yesterday bright and early I left for my appointment for the Reclasp drip, that took about 1 hour. Upon leaving my arm really hurt where the I-v went in, once I took off the tape and gauze it was OK. Had a few errands, then the store, by the time I left the store, it was can't wait to get to bed. I did take care of a few things, and went to bed for 2 hours, got up told Ray when he could have for supper and back to bed. I did get up for a few hours and then back to bed. I did sleep pretty good, but come morning, I was so stiff I could hardly walk. That drip hasn't bother me in 3 years, don't know why now. Snow, I hope you got some good news and family is home safe. Carolyn, Have a good visit with the Dr. and maybe some good news. Leroy, You are a talented man, I have seen some of your work. You and Adam should decorated one table and enjoy. Lair, Keeping fingers crossed today is the day. Mary, My hair is pretty short, will have to measure. Glad you are enjoying the new perm. One of these days I'm going to try the air fryer and make a grilled cheese sandwich. Jan, Thanks for the tip on the Moose F.s I will try and remember. After your shopping trip yesterday I hope you aren't too tired today. Connie, Lefts over for supper are the best, sometimes better then the first day. Wow, Wow, $150.00 for a perm. Last one I had was $45.00 and was just quoted 2 months ago of $65.00. Congrads on getting the ironing done. I hope not many mistakes, my fingers couldn't keep up with my brain. Have a great day.

Good morning! Yes it is good morning. They just carried out the old furnace and the new one came in. There are 2 guys working on installing the new one. Lots of noise coming from down there. Our temps today was a high of 55 at midnight and has been dropping ever since. There is a low tonight in the 20's plus a chance of snow tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I told the guys I am locking the door until there is a fire going in furnace. They thought it was funny but I was making a point. I need to run and answer a question. Have a good day.

Hood morning. Snow, I hope the news will be good. Love the puppy and kitten meme.
Mary. Yes I sure do remember about the little girl with Wilms tumor and am just so happy she has made it@ hooray for her and her family.
Carol, very odd that the drip affected you that way again. Makes you dread the next one, I am sure.
Lair. At last! I hope those two work hard and fast to get you all set again and won't it be wonderful to feel the heat coming from those registers! Uou will be toasty warm again.
Dave finished the gutters yesterday morning then we went for groceries. How can one old woman need so much so often? Guess because I like to cook and bake.i had yeast on my list and still forgot to get it. Oh well. I have plenty of stuff to do around here all the time so bread making can take a back seat for now. Dennishad the surgery yesterday to save his leg and I WILL read Anne's text and describe it to you after I finish this post. Hopefully they are on their way home right now.
I will be back with a second post.

Well they are not on their way home after all. Dennis got sick in the night. Insisted they call Anne. She was 8 miles away. He had vomited and oxygen levels low.on a bipap machine. Things are better n I w but wound Dr.said sight if the two toe amputations badly infected. The ties were amputated back around June I think. Anyway, here is what that surgery that he had yesterday entailed.
Two stents were inserted by foot. A vein was attached to a foot sole artery.the vein will now act as an artery.the flow is reversed. It will take some time for the vein to figure out its new job. Dennis is 78.

HI, I'm back to announce that after 2 weeks and two days I have warm air coming out of the registers all over the house. The main guy was supper nice and acted like he was installing a furnace in his own house. He had his helper make the 1 hour trip to get a replacement fitting that he didn't like the looks of. He ran the furnace 4 times before he got the flame just right. He asked me what I keep the thermostat set on. I said I didn't know without a magnifying glass and a flashlight. ( very small typing and hardly any light) At the very end he installed a thermostat with bright light and large number. I am thrilled whit the whole system and the installers. Just in time too, 30º tonight and snow tomorrow. My gal from hospice came today also. Did another UTI sample and did some kind of an imaging thing they do for pregnant gals. Guess we will see if they change my prescriptions. Good night and will see you tomorrow.

Lair, we are all shouting hurray and hallelujah! I'd say their timing was great and after today, you will be nice and warm all over the house! Blessings.
I did not go to the VA today as I slept not a wink last night. At 5 when DH woke me up I said I was not going and was going to call in at 6:30 which I did and right back to bed and almost instantly I went to sleep. Slept for almost 3 hours and dreamt a silly dream! I pretty much held the chair down all day as I was still very tired but no naps for me! Fearful that I would not sleep tonight.
I did get the candy dishes and ornaments in gift bags and the candy that I had gotten when I thought there would only be 10....I was wrong... there are 12 so will have to get 2 more caramel bags then some bags of chocolate...need 2 or 3 more ornaments too! Can do that Thursday after the school friends luncheon.
I thought I had some chicken strips in the freezer but could not see them...DH suggested a bologna sandwich so that is just what we had...
Good night to all and sleep well!

Just checking in. I came down to a rain gauge with 2" in it. So we've have like 6.5" of rain in the last 2 weeks. We needed it so bad. The only thing I'm not liking is all the sprouted seeds in my flower bed. I don't know if they are poppy seeds or aster seeds. Nothing I can do about it.
I started my second load of laundry before we went to breakfast. After breakfast we walked down to the pharmacy and made appts. for both of us to get flu and covid shots next Monday morning. Then hubby stopped at the same beauty shop I went to yesterday, but Macy wasn't there. The gal that was there told him he could come back in 45 min. to get a hair cut which he did. When I got home I finished up the laundry that didn't spin out yet again. I got that spun out and threw it in with the small load that was waiting in the dryer. No sense running the dryer for two separate small loads when you can dry it all together.
When hubby got home from the hair cut, he called the guy about the cemetery plots. Dani had sent word to us via Jerry's sister Gloria (both work with the school buses daily), that the cemetery is gonna raise the price of a plot by $150 come Dec. 1. We drove out to meet with him to pay for our plot, and get a price for a headstone for Valerie. The total price will be a few bucks short of $4K if we don't add anything else to what we told him. The headstone can't be put in until probably April now. The stone itself comes from India, but the work on it is done in Minnesota. We came home and stopped to see Valerie on the way.
We also stopped at the lawyer to update our wills now that Valerie has passed. They said they'd email the new changes to my email so we can look it over and then we can go down and sign them. This lawyer is only 3.5 blocks from us so no big deal. We came home after that.
We were home for a while when hubby finally got the call that we could come out and pick up his truck. It's been done for quite a few days, but they were waiting for a new headlight. The new one they installed wouldn't work when they put it in. They had to order a new one, and they had to wait for it to come in. I drove him out with my car and dropped him off and came back home. I made supper when he got home, and now here I sit.
Bryan just text me a little while ago that he bought a 12# turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner. He'll be brining it and cooking it as he has my roaster. Our anniversary is the day after Thanksgiving this year, 44 years.
Lair, I'm so glad the furnace stress is now gone. It sounds like you had an amazing guy installing it. I'm glad he made it so you can see it.
Well, off to watch some videos.
