Dinner tonight will be the remaining ham bone and navy bean soup I had made for Saturday evening.
I had the ham bone in the deep freezer from Easter. What a treat. Can’t eat that very often but what a great dinner every six months or so.

Sunday night I made hamburger/sauerkraut/noodle hotdish. It's a big recipe so I've been having that every night this week so far. Good thing I don't mind leftovers. Charlene

Dinner last night was meatloaf, a quartered potato, a few carrots, and fresh mushrooms all baked in my handy pot.
A hearty pre winter dinner!
