Morning all no rain yet suppose to start at 7 we will see. Waiting till it gets light to get the granddaughter ready for school. Can't sleep just doing some praying for good news and for them to have a safe trip back and forth.
Mary many hugs it has to be so very hard my heart is sad and happy at the same time . Sad for the loss but happy for all the memories you are having. God will wrap you in his arms and get you through she that guardian angel up there for you. The first holidays are always the hardest also. Prayers and hugs!
Thanks for the prayers everyone! Have a great day and God Bless!

Good morning, 50* and comfortable for now. I haven't been up very long. Tomorrow I will have to get up early to go to Dr. my family Dr. I haven't heard anything back about my mri. Will try to call them later. Yes, I missed the birthday party for my cousin, but I called him. Snow, I am happy to see the pretty pictures you share with us. You all take care. 🎶🎶

Good morning. 50, going to 61, with off and on sprinkles. Had a bit earlier, but supposed to keep on most of the day doing something. At least, it isn't snow.
Couldn't sleep again last night. Watched videos of several different things. The lawn mowing ones in the US, Australia and England all show what seem to be the same weeds we have here - in my own yard. Been watching some on decorating for Christmas, some using items from Dollar Tree and Wal-Mart. I'm not going to be making anything, but it's interesting to see what some of the trends are now.
Have a good day, everyone.

Good Morning!! They said sun until noon and then rain for the next 36 hours. We have no sun but the fog is very heavy, can't see very far. With no sun I can certainly feel the chill in the house. Sure hoping they will be here tomorrow because we are to have several weeks of highs in the 39's. I am not so sure the space heaters will work well enough if it is cold outside. All I can do is hope all goes as plane. I have a few things I need to do today so I should get that finished. I'll be back in a while. Have a good day,

I got got my hair cut and permed this morning. I'm good until the end of January now. I told her to go shorter, so she made it 3" all over. I LOVE IT!
When I got home from my perm, I made a piece of toast in the toaster, buttered it, and folded a slice of cheese in half, and WA LA, I have a half grill cheese sandwich. Yup, lazy for sure. I also put an apple in my apple slicer, so I had that also. I'm good to go now.
Snow, I've been praying for good results.
Carolyn, A birthday phone call works just as well as a card. I hope you can get some answers on the MRI.
Leroy, I can relate to the not sleeping well. Sadly, I think we all can.
Lair, I so hope they can get that furnace in soon.
Well, off to do whatever.

Good afternoon everyone. Connie, just a warning, don’t leave the Moose F—-dough in the fridge too long, it goes quite hard and then you have to wait until it warms up a bit to be able to shape it into balls. I use a i-inch scoop. Snow, here’s hoping they come back with good news. Carolyn, I’m sure your cousin appreciated the phone call. Leroy, I think many of us here find it difficult to get much sleep most nights. Hang in there my friend. Lair, I am so hoping that they come tomorrow to install your new furnace. It’s been several weeks now. Bwatcher, I don’t get my hair cut until December 10, my hairdresser went to England for her holidays. Busy day today. Costco first thing, then another store to pick up a few things. Came home and did lots of little cleaning jobs. DD2 is coming for supper Wednesday. Tomorrow I’ll give this place a good vacuuming, with Hazel’s help of course. Easy supper tonight, lots of leftover pizza, thought we should finish it up.

Tonight was a rerun of last night's supper...made another sweet potato in the microwave but this one was thicker and did not get done all the way thru...I was still full after though!
I got up to rain and it did rain all day-sometimes like regular ran, sometimes just a heavy sprinkle. Our lawn is looking greener and it needed rain badly...Snow, I hope it started raining at your house and rained all day.
Prayers for good news for Heath!
Lair, just know that one day soon, there will be a new furnace in your basement! Can you close off rooms you don't use if it gets colder...if the sun shines your green house will be your saving grace!
MaryB nice to have a new perm. I have to find a new place to go and get one scheduled soon. The girls where I got my hair cut last went to Capitol Beauty school and suggested I go there. I may give them a try as $150 plus does not fit in my budget!
Wonder of wonders, I finally got the ironing finished! After Jeopardy, I made a run to the SVdP Store to see if they had the buys the other store told me about and they did...got some baby clothes & books. Books are back to 4/$1 again and the baby clothes were 4/$1 for the green tags...I got all I could find and a few things that were not but their prices are only $1.39 per item otherwise. All wash and ready to deliver either tomorrow or Weds.
Jan, I seldom mix up cookies and put them in the fridge so I will sure keep your info in mind!
Time for me to see if I can get a good night's sleep as tomorrow is a 5AM day. Good night!
