Good morning, Lair. 42, going to 55. One place says partly cloudy, one place says cloudy, and it's sunny right now.
Lair, good to see you sounding a little more cheerful today.
We are going to see the broker to choose the Medicare plan today. Wellcare dropped our plan, so need to see where we go next. I checked the cancer drug, and most plans cover it, so don't need to be confined to just one plan.
Other than watching tennis, news, and computer videos, didn't do much of anything else yesterday. PT is set for tomorrow instead of today.
Hope you all have a good day.

Good morning, Hope everyone is doing well. Had breakfast, a shower and laundry is in the drier. Those 3 jobs are my hardest. I went through a bunch of papers yesterday. Still have a lot to shred. It is overcast. Hope for some rain. You all take care. 🦋🦋

I'm back, bet you didn't recognize me. I'm dressed as a housebound old man. Not very cute but I had the whole costume in my closet. I did take a shower and got cleaned up all alone in the house. Went real well but I was so careful not to slip or fall. I hate that when you tell a case worker that you fell. They take out a new book of questions and that takes long enough it makes me want to jump off my chair but I would then have even more questions. Over all my medicals treatments I have found there is a time to be honest but most of the time I just lie. It saves time and paper. After all that is one thing an old man can do quickly, and with little effort. There isn't much else I can do quick and everything else takes a lot of effort. Someone is at the door, I'll be back later. Have a good day.

Checking in. We had just over 2" of rain last night. We could definitely use some more. I wasn't in the mood for Trick or Treaters, so I didn't buy any candy, and didn't turn our porch light on. Probably a wise decision as there weren't many kids out anyway. It's super windy out, and it was only 39º when I looked at the temperature.
I did take the big Peace Lily out of its pot and ripped it all apart. Somewhere along the line since Oct. 8, someone overwatered it and it was showing signs of failing. I've taken at least 3 dozen yellow/yellowing leaves off this plant already, and then just this past week it started wilting. The dirt felt damp, so I knew it wasn't wilting from lack of water. I've only given it about a 1/2 cup of water in the whole time it's been in my house. I re-potted all of the different small sections and then gave it 1/2 cup of water. It's perking up a little bit so hopefully it keeps improving. This plant was supposed to go back to Bryan and Julie as it came from their neighbors.
I didn't do much of anything today. I went through all the sympathy cards again. I wrote down all the amounts, names, and addresses for the money that's going to go to Tori's Angels in Valerie's name. Thankfully, I wrote the amount on the card and the outside of the envelope when I opened them. I'll get back at this next week when we get back home again.
I crocheted until 1 a.m. this morning, and discovered it was a total waste of time. I laid out what I had done so I could measure it to see how much more I needed to do. I discovered for some strange reason the yarn developed a specific pattern that doesn't match the random pattern of the whole rest of the square. I got my yarn ball winder out and ripped out all the way back to where this pattern started. I grabbed a different ball of yarn so I hope this doesn't happen again.
I don't know anything else.

Evening, A wild windy day, leaves all over, back deck, in front of the garage door. It was close to 70 today and was to rain, but we only got about 50 drops, boy, those guessers were wrong again.
Its only 8:30 and I can only think of is next week it will only be 7:30, going to be a long winter.
See ya in the morning.
